What do you like best about Smartsheet?

The collaboration features are excellent. Multiple people can work on the same sheet simultaneously and see changes in real time, which has made team projects run much smoother. The mobile app is also surprisingly useful for checking in on progress when I'm away from my desk. It's reliable and we haven't experienced any major downtime since we started using it. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The pricing model can get a bit confusing, especially when you start adding on premium features. It would be nice if they offered more transparent packages upfront instead of having to dig around to figure out what you actually need. What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were drowning in scattered information across different tools and platforms. Smartsheet brought everything together into one central workspace. Now our project tracking, resource allocation, and deadline management are all connected. This means fewer dropped balls and less last-minute scrambling to meet deliverables.
