What do you like best about Smartsheet?

The flexibility is what stands out most. You can use it for simple task tracking or build complex workflows without needing to be a developer. I was able to get started quickly because the interface feels familiar, like an enhanced version of spreadsheets I already knew how to use. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

There is a lot to learn if you want to use all the advanced features. The basic stuff is easy but diving deeper takes time and patience. I also wish some of the reporting options were more customizable out of the box without having to build everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving our visibility problem. Before Smartsheet, we had no clear way to see where projects stood or who was working on what. Now everything is in one place and everyone can see real-time updates.
