What do you dislike about Smartsheet for Gmail Add-On for G Suite?

Too simple, has many missing features that would enhance its productivity. Also, the fonts, sizing, coloring and other features are not well in tune with online needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet for Gmail Add-On for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is less of a learning curve for those not into spreadsheets. The fact that it is in real-time is helpful, but also hard for new employees to get the hang of working with formulas they made mistakes in. Notifications are a bit hard for them too. But as an above-average spreadsheet person, it is rather easy to use the features and much easier to correct formula issues than Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
