What do you like best about SmartOffice?

SmartOffice does a great job of keeping all of my detailed customer information in one convenient location. It works well with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartOffice?

We have the hosted version so there are sometimes interruptions when the system goes down on Ebix's end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many of our paper files have been eliminated with use of SmartOffice. One of the main benefits is the fact that the data is readily available at our fingertips from any location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
