SmartOCR has great significance in the process of digitization of historical document. The application is very useful in transforming text documents scanned, including simple letters, into editable files while retaining the format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These results make me think that SmartOCR struggles when it has to process difficult records. Text in different columns and having handwriting, special characters, etc may cause problem to the tool while extracting the text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
