The billing model is better than Lemlist's for that, the client management is better than Instantly, and it has a Master inbox (Unlike SalesHandy or Lemlist). It really is the full package if you're doing outbound email for yourself or a collection of clients. **What do you dislike about Smartlead?** Would be nice to have native integrations with CRMs as opposed to using Zapier. Would also be nice to have Linkedin automation built into the system as well. But... these are "nice to have"s. All you need to do is to add leads to a campaign and just run it. The killer feature is actually their email warmup service. Their email warmup helps keep our emails warmed up and ready to go. Plus their support is always available and ready to help you out immediately. **What do you dislike about Smartlead?** Its a bit incomplete in terms of having a complete feature set for an email marketing tool or a warmup tool. It does a decent job in both areas, and I guess that's what keeps smartlead going. For example, you can't add emails in between a sequence. Nor you can clone a sequence. Or for example, the analytics section is incomplete in the sense that I can't see how many emails I have sent in a month/week/day overall. I need to add individual campaigns one by one. In terms of warmup, they tend to severly underestimate the number of times the email ends up in spam. It basically does its work, i.e. making sure your domains are warmed up, but rest of the feature set looks not so great. Its great for agencies, thanks to its API flexibility. Maybe they are their ideal customers. Not for SMB who is looking for a complete tool over an flexible tool. **What problems is Smartlead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending emails at scale.
