What do you like best about SmarterSelect?

It is super easy to use & the customer service is great! If you have an issue and need support they respond super quickly & will make a virtual appt with you very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmarterSelect?

I am still figuring out to handle a large volume of applications on a rolling deadline but I did go to an open question & answer and they gave me some ideas on how to handle it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmarterSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?

A centralized location to hold all our applications & a better way to review applications with multiple reviewers - including both application & applicant interviewers; a central way to pull that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
