Training and getting started was seamless. I have had excellent support when I've had issues. Appreciate that I can develop so many programs under our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that if I provide access to a team member that they can see all programs. It would be more effective for me to be able to share only what they need as we have confidential information that I don't want everyone on our team to have access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Tracie, many thanks for your kind review and feedback! We've heard from others regarding your suggestion to limit access to programs to their respective program managers (e.g. grant managers see only their grant programs, scholarship managers see only their scholarship programs). It's on our Features List for consideration and future development.
