I can find items quickly to put into a space, and the ability to cut, paste, and merge is very handy. Certain drawings and diagrams work very well, and being able to lock them down so others can't change them is a big plus. The ease of use really saves me time and makes it efficient to open up documents, change them, add things, and send them to others to use. Creating and altering spaces for event setups becomes quite straightforward.
