What I like most about Smartcat is that it combines AI with CAT tools in one place. I need CAT tools like Trados and others for my translation work, so having similar features along with AI makes the process easier and faster. It also supports many file formats and has an OCR feature, which makes it simple to work with scanned documents. Sometimes Smartcat does not open or loads very slowly. AI translations are not always accurate, and clients do not pay extra for the time needed to edit them. It would be helpful if Smartcat also offered an hourly payment option for AI editing tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
