What do you like best about Aaniie Care?

Although this is a robust product, it is very user-friendly, and customer care is always available to walk you through anything you don't know or understand. I also like the short videos on specific areas you wish to focus on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?

I'm new to the platform. I have not experienced anything I did not like. One major drawback is how the homegrown franchise system is not fully integrated with Smartcare. Maybe the Franchise system should be discontinue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartcare software is a one stop shop. It provides me with all I need to run my agencies. However, the franchise's platform is redundant. We should just use Smartcare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
