  ### 1. A robust but complex system

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

The helpdesk has been very good. After several email exchanges our helpdesk person called me to go over settings and make corrections to resolve (fingers crossed) our payroll issues. Our aides find it to be easy to use and we work in in it daily. As far as integration with payroll we had some issues with incorrect site settings that have hopefully been resolved. We have yet to test how well billing integrates as we are in our first couple of weeks of live mplementation.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The training meetings would have been better if they could've been done as longer, more intensive sessions. It would also have been really helpful if, after getting the overview and basics of how Aaniie works, we could've "driven" during the training sessions and explained how WE work so the training could've been more focused to our needs. As it is, we learned after implementation that parts of the system were actually set up incorrectly, which created payroll problems as it was not auto tracking time. Our trainer was a first-time trainer, so he obviously didn't realize this. Our success manager, Badriah, was amazing in identifying the gaps and re-training us as needed. She demonstrated real interest in understanding our particular needs and helping me to shape Aaniie to fit our needs. She has the patience of a saint.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had Aaniie, our aides were responsible for putting in their own mileage, which often was either forgotten or inaccurate. Auto tracking of travel time and mileage saves us time and ensures our aides are reimbursed correctly.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

I like the way that the scheduling is set up, easy to see by the week or day  if needed, and either by client or by associate, I feel the account information for both associates and clients is comprehensive and easy to use. Easy to add new clients or associates as well as adding documentation.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

I would like to see an option where you could see the client calendar and the associate calendar side by side - now I have to open two pages and toggle back and forth between the two to see what associates are available at certain times in order to fill open shifts.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy of scheduling gives back many hours of time each week over previous scheduling platform.  It also helps being able to store the forms electronically instead of having to use paper.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

Aaniie is very user friendly and usually has a solution built in for any problem we have come across. The best part is our Customer Success Manager with Aaniie, Badriah Azouz as she is always willing to jump on a call and goes above and beyond to help support us! Her background in our industry allows us to connect, relate and achieve our goals!

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

Badriah Azouz as our Customer Success Manager is the most helpful! The most difficult pieces of Aaniie are all things that are currently being worked on with future updates!

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aaniie cuts down massively on our manpower and creates smooth processes for our entire team.

The Aaniie Care team is efficient, responsive, and caring. They help build connections and help support our company as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

Small features on the app that I do not love: the messaging can be a little difficult because of how many options there are and there are a few features that are only on the desktop.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aaniie Care is solving our problem of capturing real time documentation and clock ins. They are solving issues in caregivers not clocking in or out or clocking in before they arrive. They are helping us reward our caregivers and removing the problem of paper care plans.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

Very intuitive for our regional team, local administrative team, and care team. The user interface provides valuable information that allows our branches to focus on the core business metrics. The ability to report via api calls allows us to integrate with other systems we use for financial reporting. The Client Portal is a great feature that allows us to better market to family and financially responsible parties. The company has been very helpful with development requests and appears to continue to invest in the product to continue to make improvements and keep up with or surpass other offerings. We feel we are heard and supported. We have implemented 13 branches in 5 different states with significant ease. The system is used daily by hundreds of our team members.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The few items we have had issues with are typically resolved in reasonable time frames. There are some features we use that we wish were tailored more for our specific business however we understand that the system must work for all. Alternatives are typically suggested and worked through.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software solves our need to properly schedule care, assign tasks unique for each client, and allow care givers to capture the tasks completed. It also solves the ease of billing and payment processing.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

I appreciate that Aaniie Care has improved our admin workflows with scheduling and billing. Our caregivers find the app easy to use, which was really important to us. I like that it's easy to navigate, so I don't have to dig around to find what I'm looking for or enter information in multiple places. The clear reporting options cover a lot without being overwhelming. Scheduling is a huge improvement over our previous system, and I find it easy to adjust schedules and notify caregivers of changes. Anytime I have a question, support is quick to respond with helpful solutions. Plus, our onboarding and ongoing support from Badriah have been great, and the initial setup was pretty easy with patient guidance from Lexi.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The Caregivers sometimes get confused between Aaniie and Smart Care. We have been calling it Aaniie Smart Care to help with that, would be nice to have the app rebranded as Aaniie.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aaniie Care improved our workflows with scheduling and billing, is easy for caregivers to use, and offers clear reporting without extra clutter. Support is responsive, and onboarding was smooth.

It is user friendly. Customer Service is excellent and fast. I like the integrations and the app. Good performance which is worth the cost. Ai features is also helpful.

Some forms were not available that's why we asked for custom forms but we are thankful you wer able to do that

I'm looking forward to them getting an LMS system. Although they do offer integrations with care academy and a few others.

I use Aaniie Care to manage scheduling and day-to-day operations for my home care agency. It provides an easy-to-use platform, integrative dashboards, and serves as a one-stop shop for scheduling, payroll integrations, CRM, and applicant tracking. This streamlines everything, eliminating the need for multiple systems.
