What do you like best about Aaniie Care?

The best thing that I find very helpful about SMARTcare is all the scheduling features. From the layout of the schedule, to creating the different shifts. It is very user friendly and makes scheduling so much fast than the manual process that I was using with other companies! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?

There really is not anything that I dislike since using SMARTcare Software. I perhaps might wish for a different report or two but most of the time I can use one of the reports already in the system (there are like 35!) and that gets me the information I need. Maybe in future development have more functions to help with staff discipline forms or a way to review staff right in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Aaniie Care:

I would definitely try SMARtcare Software for your company! It not only is a great system but the ease of use can free up your scheduler to be able to focus on other tasks and not stress over the schedule all day. It gives the caregivers the responsibility to see their schedule, accept shifts, clock-in and out, and see all client details to be able to perform their job. What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have brought a couple technical concerns to the SMARTcare team and they are working on resolving our issue. The SMARTcare team has been very helpful so far with any issues that we have come up with in trying to get them resolved quickly. Even if it is something that we know will need to be corrected on the systems end, we have confidence that they will make this happen so we can function better as a company.
