I liked how SmartAssistant uses Artificial Intelligence to address talent acquisition. Some of the activities it relieves me of are screening of candidates, and the arrangement of interview sessions; what I love to do is cultivating relationships with the best talent. It also feels slightly underwhelming that SmartAssistant does not appear to have been tailored specifically for the travel industry.
