I'd say the initial onboarding process can be really tedious. Simplifying the mobile experience would be helpful, especially since field workers are wearing gloves. It could help to make the mobile interface even cleaner with bigger touch targets. For the onboarding, bulk-uploading large spreadsheets of raw supplier lists, matrix parameters, or ingredient data should be simplified to avoid a bottleneck during setup.
