I have had a good experience using Sloth Spaced. The biggest benefit for me is convenience: I can incorporate AI assistance into my regular workflow instead of only opening AI when I have a specific question. I find the idea of having an AI employee that can assist with tasks rather than simply answering questions interesting, and I like that it is designed around helping with work and productivity. I find it useful for reminders, task management, scheduling-related activities, and getting quick assistance without having to switch between several different applications.
