What do you like best about Sling?

It is helpful with schedule planning on the fly.

it's good I can have it on my laptop and phone.

shift updates are instant; staff can see changes immediately and they can request time off via the app.

What do you dislike about Sling?

I am on the free version and I must confess this is better than some paid versions of similar apps.

I don't think I dislike anything about this app; If anything I dislike (my company) not being able to afford the Pro version because I am sure there are many more helpful features on Sling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling issues

communication issues; staff have no excuse to say they forgot due to the shift reminders via the app.

it is easier to make schedules and update them after they have been published: staff are alerted of changes instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
