At Parfym.se, we have experienced firsthand the remarkable impact of Slimstock. Taking the leap away from our many legacy systems and manual processes, Slimstock has transformed our operations and propelled us towards supply chain excellence. Due to increased business complexity and profitability requirements, keeping our legacy systems was no longer an option. We looked for a supply planning platform with a comprehensive suite of advanced planning and optimization features to modernize our inventory management and demand forecasting approach.<br><br>Slimstock's inventory optimization capabilities have been a game-changer for us as we distribute over 15,000+ SKUs from 70+ suppliers. By considering various factors such as lead times, supplier performance, promotions, and seasonal fluctuations, we can now determine the optimal inventory levels for each product. This has enabled us to reduce our carrying costs while gradually increasing our service levels. Slimstock's automated replenishment tools and exception management have revolutionized our processes, enabling us to generate accurate and optimized purchase orders (via EOQs, order fill functionalities, etc.).
