What do you like best about Slim4?

What I like most about Slim4 is its ability to turn complex planning activities into a structured, data-driven process. It gives us greater visibility across the supply chain, helps us focus on real priorities through a management-by-exception approach, and reduces time spent on repetitive manual tasks. As a planner, I particularly appreciate that it doesn't replace human expertise, but enhances it by providing reliable data, alerts, and insights that support better decision-making. What do you dislike about Slim4?

I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike. Like any advanced planning tool, it requires commitment during implementation and continuous fine-tuning, but that's also what allows it to deliver accurate and reliable results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slim4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slim4 is solving two key challenges for us: managing inventory more accurately and making the planning process more efficient. Before Slim4, planners spent a significant amount of time on manual activities and it was difficult to fully account for the variability of supplier lead times. Today, we can plan based on more reliable data, automatically consider supplier lead times at item level, and focus our attention on the exceptions that really matter. As a result, we have reduced inventory by around 10%, improved service levels to 93%, and increased visibility and control across our supply chain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
