"Effortless Mass Texting and Smart Keyword Campaigns with SlickText"

What do you like best about SlickText?

We use SlickText mainly for internal team updates, and the mass texting feature makes it really easy to send messages to the whole team at once. The keyword campaigns are pretty clever too—team members can simply text a keyword and they’re automatically added to the right group. The automations also save a lot of time; once you set everything up, it runs on its own with little to no manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

The analytics dashboard is a bit basic. It shows open rates and clicks, but it doesn’t really go very deep into the data. Also, the pricing feels a bit high when your text volume increases, and the jump between plans is quite steep. On top of that, the UI feels a little outdated compared to other similar tools on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, sending updates to the whole team was a mess. I had to create WhatsApp groups or send bulk emails, and people often ignored them. Slicktext solved that problem for me: texts get a much better open rate, and everyone receives the update right away. Overall, it’s made our internal communication faster and more reliable.
