What do you like best about Slemma?

Slemma is powerful yet easy to use. As a marketing generalist (i.e. not a BI expert), I found that most dashboard tools were either too complicated or too simplistic for my needs. I wanted something that was powerful enough to be customized, but easy and intuitive enough for someone like me to manage on my own. Slemma has been perfect in that regard, combining power and ease of use very well. Also, as noted in other reviews, their support team is excellent. They offer in-app live chat, backed by a friendly and knowledgable team, along with next-day email responses to issues that are submitted after hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slemma?

Some aspects of the Salesforce integration did not work very well, and so we ended up using the native reporting capabilities in Salesforce for that part of the business. Otherwise, it has worked very well for reporting data from Google Analytics and our SaaS database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slemma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everyday monitoring of KPIs, including web visits, conversion and goal completion. I also pull directly from Slemma when delivering periodic updates to the rest of the management team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
