"Slate Connects AI Search Insights to Execution at Scale"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Slate?

What I like best about Slate is that it goes far beyond traditional SEO tools by actually connecting insights with execution. The AI Visibility Dashboard is especially powerful. It gives a clear view of how our brand appears across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and AI Overviews at a prompt level, not just keywords. Being able to track brand mentions, page citations, competitor presence, share of voice, and even sentiment for real user prompts is a game-changer for understanding how AI systems perceive and surface our content.

Another standout feature is how Slate automatically identifies gaps and suggests relevant search prompts, helping us stay aligned with real user intent. This removes a lot of guesswork and ensures we’re optimizing for what actually matters in AI-driven search.

The workflow automation is equally impressive. With minimal input, we can create end-to-end workflows for content optimization, internal linking, new content creation, and even CRO improvements. The ability to integrate directly with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow and publish content seamlessly makes the entire process incredibly efficient.

Overall, Slate stands out because it not only tells you what to improve but also helps you execute it at scale, which is critical in the evolving landscape of AI search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slate?

AI Visibility Dashboard provides deep insights at the prompt level, the volume of data can sometimes feel overwhelming. It would be helpful to have more simplified views or guided recommendations for prioritization, especially when managing multiple prompts and campaigns.

The workflow automation, although very strong, still depends heavily on how well the initial prompt or setup is defined. If the input isn’t structured properly, the output may require manual refinement, which adds an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
