What do you like best about Slack?

Very user-friendly and helps connect our two offices and remote workers. I use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

There is not much to not like. I wish the video calls were a bit more reliable and better handling of multi-user video chate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Slack:

It is the best tool for communication. Great to start on the free addition but as soon as you grow you need to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?
