What do you like best about Slack?

Slack allows a great record of communication history by department in a way that is easy to peruse and focus on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Too many channels can become a problem. Recording a voice message isn't as simple as some other communication apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

One primary communication channel has been established through slack as before we had many. Team communication has improved with channels for departments and management created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
