What do you dislike about Slack Connector for Jira?

The biggest drawback is that some notification settings can be confusing, especially when trying to customize alerts for different channels. A simpler interface for managing notifications would improve the overall user experience.

While the integration works well most of the time, occasional delays in syncing updates can make it harder to follow fast-moving discussions. The onboarding documentation could also include more practical examples for advanced workflows.
