The Skyword platform is very easy to work on and, compared to similar sites that I've used, the pay is fantastic. Being able to manage all aspects of my work, including conversations with the editors and clients, is extremely helpful. Most of the editors that I've worked with have been friendly and helpful. Because everything happens within the Skyword platform, any bug in that platform can be devastating. I've lost entire projects because the spell-checker crashed. The software that evaluates the content can also be very rigid, which becomes a challenge when the word count is limited or the keyword is inorganic. It would be more helpful if we could submit work to the editor for their review despite these issues. This would allow the creator and editor to collaborate on a solution.

I also frequently have issues understanding the deadlines. When a project is first offered to me, the deadline is clearly stated with the exact date and time. Once I claim the project, though, the deadline is simply given by how many days I have left. This is imprecise and not particularly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
