What do you like best about Skilljar by Gainsight?

Fairly easy to create course content. Can publish the same course in multiple locations without duplication, easy to add new dashboard users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skilljar by Gainsight?

while course content creation is fairly easy, the experience publishing/organizing/creating navigation for the content is not intuitive. This is also true of many settings such as labeling, groups. Difficult to make bulk edits. Aesthetics of courses leaves much to be desired and could use some more templates or styling help so that courses look good out of the box. What problems is Skilljar by Gainsight solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need for an internal training system that is repeatable, scalable, trackable, measurable. Before this system, all of our training was pretty tracked through spreadsheets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
