What do you like best about Skailer?

1. **Flexibility and customization.** Skailer is highly customizable and flexible, so it's easy to adapt it to our company's specific needs and processes.

2. **Ease of use.** The platform is very intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Skailer?

Probably the price, although I think that's the case with most good HR systems. That said, the Skailer team is very flexible and always willing to find a middle ground or offer something extra to make up for the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skailer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skailer has helped us solve several problems at once:

1. **Time off management.** We now have one place to manage employee holidays, sick leave, and time off balances, making everything much easier to track.

2. **Recruitment.** We use Skailer to manage our candidate database, track hiring stages, and collaborate with external recruitment agencies.

3. **Process automation.** We're currently setting up workflows to automate and simplify our pre-onboarding and onboarding processes. We can also manage documents directly in the system, including preparing, signing, and storing them.

4. **Cross-jurisdiction policy management.** We operate across several jurisdictions, and it's really easy to set up and manage different policies for each jurisdiction and adapt them to specific cases. This flexibility is especially useful for us.
