As a big fan of automating work and reducing manual tasks, I find Skailer’s workflows incredibly useful, they save me and our team tons of time. Unlike most HR platforms, Skailer also lets us set permissions for each individual field, and it’s very flexible.

The team guides us through every step of onboarding and implementation, helping us set up the platform and even suggesting ways to improve processes that weren’t working efficiently on our side. The recently introduced AI tools, and honestly they feel like magic, reports that used to take us days to prepare and analyze now take just minutes, with much deeper and more useful insights.
