We had been using a different provider for our loyalty rewards program since 2021. However, slowly over the time the billing had increased to the point where it was 5x what it had been when we first implemented. We decided to look at other products and see what was competitive. We found SiteVibes and the entire process was amazing. Mike was our contact there, and he was great in demoing the product, and essentially building exactly what we wanted. We were able to import over our loyalty program points and had no issues or complaints with any current customers and reward balances. This product is actually better than the previous one, offering us a more robust rule set of including/excluding products, brands, categories...etc. The team over at SiteVibes is evolving by the minute, and that's what makes it really cool. If I would ask Mike about something they didn't have, just a setting, or toggle, he would get it developed and added to the product within a week or two.
