I like that SiteSkite has more features than most of the standard panels for WP, and requires zero updates (like self hosted ones) because it's hosted on their servers. It's great for improving plugin updates across multiple websites at once and helps me with backups and restoring when issues arise. The WP site builder is a nice extra feature which takes use of AI. I find site monitoring, site backups, and WordPress updates particularly valuable. I can be immediately informed if my website goes down and quickly restore a previous version with just two clicks, which would otherwise require dedicated plugins or server-level backups. Plus, the developer is very dedicated and quick to fix bugs and add new features. Their responsiveness was impressive when they immediately fixed an issue with site backups not uploading correctly to remote buckets. All these aspects together make SiteSkite very appealing to me. I had an issue where SiteSkite backups were not correctly uploaded to the remote buckets at their start even if the app told me it was, while they were being kept Local. It was kind of frustrating, but I reached out and they were able to immediately fix it and make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
