"Efficiency Boost with Human-in-the-Loop AI"

What do you like best about SiteGlue?

I really appreciate SiteGlue's Human‑in‑the‑Loop framework paired with dedicated AI Employees, which aligns extremely well with day‑to‑day operations at Kanzlei & Beratung Müller GmbH. Many competing AI chatbots fire off messages fully automatically without human checks, and that is far too risky for our German‑based training and consulting work bound by GDPR rules. I learned this lesson the hard way with our prior tool AI Answer Generator, when an unsupervised AI draft sent incorrect registration timelines to our participants in a management‑skills training, creating a wave of follow‑up emails I had to resolve. SiteGlue’s mandatory human‑review workflow prevents that exact risk. Nothing from the AI Employees goes out to coaches or attendees before I approve it. For our large‑scale leadership‑cohort training with 72 participants spread across locations, I built two separate AI Employees. One handles recurring participant logistics inquiries covering TrueConf Server session access, registration deadlines and workshop timelines. The other compiles meeting agendas and extracts key takeaways from post‑coaching‑session feedback. I can load our firm‑specific wording, internal project rules and communication tone directly into each AI Employee, rather than working within rigid pre‑scripted bot flows. I also value the role‑oriented setup; each AI Employee stays locked to its assigned tasks and rarely drifts off‑topic. It cuts down hours upon hours of repetitive email drafting and message triaging each month. Even though I still spend time reviewing every output for factual accuracy, I no longer waste my energy rewriting the same standard responses over and over. This lets me shift my focus toward high‑impact work: aligning with external coaches, troubleshooting complicated participant concerns, and keeping multi‑location training projects on schedule. What do you dislike about SiteGlue?

First, there are zero out‑of‑the‑box starter templates built for consulting or professional‑training use‑cases. When configuring our AI Employees ahead of the leadership‑cohort training, I manually typed in every detail: our registration workflows, TrueConf Server session terminology, participant rescheduling rules and brand‑specific email tone. Early in testing I overlooked adding our rescheduling policy to the prompt set. The AI generated draft emails telling participants they could freely shift their workshop dates, which directly conflicted with our firm’s formal terms. Thankfully I spotted this error during my review step before any message went out, but troubleshooting and retuning the AI cost me nearly half a workday. Second, native audit logging and metadata embedding for generated outputs are missing. When our internal compliance team ran a GDPR check on the leadership cohort project, I needed traceable proof of how participant‑related drafts were created and approved. I had to manually capture screenshots and export individual text snippets one‑by‑one for the audit file; this manual process is clunky and carries risk I might miss a critical record. Third, there is no native integration with TrueConf Server, our primary remote training platform. Every transcript, feedback excerpt and session note must be manually copied and pasted across systems. What problems is SiteGlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

As Office & Project Manager at Kanzlei & Beratung Müller GmbH, SiteGlue tackles the draining repetitive administrative bottlenecks that used to eat up large chunks of my workweek, especially when we run large multi‑location training cohorts over TrueConf Server. Before we adopted SiteGlue and relied solely on AI Answer Generator, our leadership‑cohort training brought in well over 130 participant‑ and coach‑related emails within a few short business days. Most messages were repetitive: questions about meeting links, registration status, session timelines and rescheduling options. I was stuck manually drafting and replying to every single one. During one previous training rollout, I was swamped with tasks and rushed through email processing. The tool does not remove manual work entirely, but it drastically cuts back on repetitive drafting and message sorting.
