The system has been upgraded a few times. I will say the only thing I do not like is there is a ton of fields in Call Item and Maitenance (cataloging) that we don't use. Mainly just itemcats but we still have the ones we want and need. It'll just be confusing for someone else who needs to learn how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
