Ease of sign on. It is very easy to sign on to singlecomm but I am definitely not a happy customer. We just switched to using this software about a week ago and I don't like it one bit I have had nothing but issues with it since and before when we used Call Tracking Matrix I had no problems. I dislike everything about it. I consistently get customers saying my calls are breaking up or sound like I am under water yet I can hear them perfectly. The extra questions you have to answer before you can hang up is a pain in the but but I understand the reasoning for them. At this time we can't call clients out of the United States makes it more difficult to get in touch with those customers that are in other countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
