What problems is Sinergify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sinergify acts as a bridge between Salesforce and JIRA, enabling seamless bidirectional synchronization between the two platforms. It allows users to keep data in sync and update both JIRA tickets and Salesforce cases efficiently.
