The best part is the availability of wide range of connectors they provide including both standard ones and the options to setup the custom ones, with options of proper authentication setup features as well as the logging mechanisms for each connectors.
Along with their connectors they have a perfect single screen monitoring console to keep excellent eye on the components up and running. Very useful for the support team to keep up and maintain service availability 24/7.
Apart from this they have a separate section for building UI (including Angular), a robust UI to let users search and navigate through results seamlessly and effectively. Having everything on single screen that is filters, search options, list of results and preview screen. All of this allows users to search, read, understand and do their analysis to top notch level.
And the most important thing comes and the most powerful feature is their search engine, search logic, behind the scene logics to always comes up with the most latest and relevant documents/links as part of result. And all these logics/standards/factors are totally customisable as per requirement from either support team or development team, indicating how easy is this application to handle and provide the best results.
As as per the final feature, they also have their AI and very capable of setting up RAG based search feature which allows organisation to perform searches on their data with power of LLM and AI, along with insurance of data security.
Performance wise, Sinequa is the best product in line of search engine. Taking it from the indexing of data from different sources, and enhancing the search results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside I would say is the initial setup of whole application. Though its a one time job yet it requires a heavy architectural level review and go-through, as it requires (as per my experience) three different VM (one for engine, one for web apps, one for indexing and data) to keep up with the layered and to align with separation of concerns concepts.
