"Easy to Use Without Being a Web Developer"

What do you like best about Simvoly?

What I like best about Simvoly is that I can actually build and manage our website myself. I’m not a web developer, and I don’t want to have to know HTML, CSS, plugins, or other technical stuff just to make changes.

The drag-and-drop editor is easy to use, but still gives me enough control to make the site look professional.

Coming from WordPress, Simvoly has been a huge improvement. I no longer have to deal with themes, plugins, updates, caching, and all the other things that made maintaining our old site frustrating.

The customer service has been really good, too. When I get stuck or can’t figure out how to do something, I can use the chat and get help from an actual person. They’ve been really helpful when I couldn’t find something or just couldn’t figure out how to make something work. It’s time saving to know I can ask instead of spending forever trying to figure it out myself.

The biggest benefit is that I can make changes and experiment without worrying that I’m going to break something. It has made rebuilding our entire website much easier and much more enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simvoly?

There are some limitations. Sometimes I want to do something a certain way and there just isn’t an option for it, so I have to find a workaround. I’d like to see more flexibility with things like sorting and filtering and more control over certain design elements. I am just fine with this trade off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simvoly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simvoly is solving the problem of having a website that is difficult and time-consuming to maintain. Our old WordPress site had so many plugins, updates, and other technical issues that making changes could become a project in itself.

With Simvoly, I can manage the website myself without having to rely on someone with technical expertise and pay big $$. I can make updates quickly, keep the site looking professional, and spend my time working on the actual content instead of troubleshooting.
