Each participants needs to develop a vision and priorities to guide them through the simulation. These simulations are well-thought out and professional done. They are extremely helpful as a instructional tool in the preparation of leaders, in professional development for leaders, and a great tool for generate real conversation among a group. **What do you dislike about SIMS?** Cannot identify any component that I really dislike. I am working with the School SIMS team to develop an new Simulation based on some of the work we completed this past year. The professionals behind the scenes at SIMS are top notch. They bring a wealth of experience and great skills in working with a group. **What problems is SIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our project brought a team of school leaders who had not worked together. We used the SIMS to generate meaningful discussion, collaboration, and problem solving. The product has been most successful. We are in the final stages of evalution our project and the inital feedback suggest that the SIMS was a key in the success of our project. ### 2.
