What do you like best about Simplyflow?

What I like most about SimplyFlow is the way it converts incoming orders from WhatsApp, email, PDFs, images, and voice messages into structured order information. This has cut down on repetitive data entry and made the overall process faster, smoother, and easier to track. Rather than replacing our existing workflow, it integrates with it and lets the team focus primarily on reviewing exceptions. What do you dislike about Simplyflow?

The overall experience has been positive, although the user flow could be more intuitive in some areas. Reducing the number of steps for common tasks, adding clearer prompts and improving status visibility would help new users navigate the platform faster. What problems is Simplyflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, orders coming in via WhatsApp, email, PDFs, images, and voice messages had to be reviewed and entered manually. This was time-consuming and increased the risk of errors. SimplyFlow now helps us capture and structure that information upfront before passing it into our existing workflow. As a result, we’ve reduced repetitive data entry, improved order accuracy and visibility, and enabled the team to focus on exceptions and customer service rather than routine processing.
