It's very user friendly, it has all the necessary functions for our company because we are building out a distribution center so it checks all the boxes. The customer service is fantastic, we usually have our problems resolved pretty quickly and efficiently. And the cherry on top is that it integrates to quickbooks, which is a game changer for us! Keeping track of inventory across multiple warehouses has been a challenge, but it's my understanding they're working on it. Secondly, with multiple sales reps in different areas, we wish there was a way to control how much or little our reps can see in other warehouses etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
