I love this platform for maintaining its highly secure system ensuring safety and security of the data. This is really important when the usage is of enterprise level where security is one of the arena of concern. The ability to create the surveys both multiple choice and open ended questions enhances the result and quality of the feedback. The template of this platform is robust and looks more like a complete form which needs only some minor customization or changes to suit our current needs. The onboarding process was easy too. I love this platform for its overall capabilities with lots of powerful features within this single platform other than just survey. I have to admit that I love the performance of this platform. The capability of this platform to integrate with Zoho, Zapier, Pipedrive, Salesforce etc boost the capabilities of this platform. The ease of distribution and getting reports is also worth mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SimplyCast Survey? I love most part of this platform but I wish that speed of this platform was more faster. I also felt that the platform was a little bit complex so getting a help from a previous user of some training would greatly enhance the efficiency of the user. Frankly I felt that with all its AI this platform needs an active AI to assist user and enabling user to create templates for survey. This would greatly enhance the productivity of the user. Increasing the distribution capability and channel of this platform would greatly enhance the efficiency in population coverage of the survey using this platform. I have seen that this platform have detailed templates which makes user to use the form without much modification for survey. This enables us to launch the survey faster and distribute fast. The reporting of feedback is quicker allowing faster and timely decision making backed up by informed conclusions.
