What do you like best about SimplyBoost?

SimplyBoost has been a great AI chatbot for automating our customer support and lead generation. It answers customer questions instantly 24/7 across our website, WhatsApp, and Instagram, and captures leads automatically while it chats. Setup was quick with no coding, and it syncs everything straight to our CRM. If you're looking for AI customer support and sales automation for a small business, it's well worth trying. What do you dislike about SimplyBoost?

I'd love to see more native integrations. It covers the main channels well, but connecting it to some of the other tools in my stack meant extra workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimplyBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

SimplyBoost solved my biggest problem, which was slow response times. I couldn't answer every customer message instantly, so I was losing people overnight and during busy stretches.
