I use Simply within Salesforce for recruitment in our ATS, and it very effectively automates a lot of the admin overhead from conversations to document data parsing. I find their agentic AI chat to be incredibly powerful, as it can draft emails and create tasks easily. The quality of the output is really high, and you can tell it's recruitment-focused, which saves us about 60% of admin time. I also appreciate that Simply offers a lot more features for less money compared to In2dialog and maintains higher quality. The initial setup was quick and worked out of the box, with an account manager customizing some steps for us. Lastly, I am quite satisfied with the fast, high-quality updates that Simply provides.
