What do you like best about SimpleX?

I like Simplex a lot because it offers Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation, making it simple for anyone to get started. The Customer Support is excellent, and I use it frequently without any issues. It has a great Number of Features and integrates easily with wallets and exchanges. What problems is SimpleX solving and how is that benefiting you?
