"Easy to Use for Solo Providers—Keeps Scheduling and Reminders Flowing"

What do you like best about SimplePractice?

As a solo provider and just starting out, it was relatively easy to figure out how to use the functions. The most I needed in the beginning was scheduling and reminders and the rest I could take my time to figure out. Compared to another platform I have used it has been easy to use and keep my practice flowing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimplePractice?

The spell check function is disappointing. I wish they would update this to be easier functionality. I also wish some of the reprots were easier to figure out. I want to run specific reprots for who still owes, who needs a refund, treatmetn plan updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have added the implementation of AI note taker, that is integrated into the platform fro easier access. They are also beginning to look into the billing side to offer full service EHR. I currently, use an outside person for this, but may consider looking into this service with Simple Practice if it can save me money and time. The AI note taker saves me so much time and makes doing my notes much easier than doing them manually or throguh other AI platforms I have used. The price for this added AI service is a bit higher than others but the ease of use and the fact that it is in the EHR makes a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
