It is both user friendly and very intuitive to use. The attorneys I support I also appreciate how easy it is use. In addition, SimpleLegal integrates into Oracle, which is what our Accounts Payable Team use to issue payment to our vendors. I am eager to be able to flag an invoice once we have reached the cap spend amount on a matter as well as being able to have reports automatically emailed to me on a regular basis. I used to have a hard time with getting attorneys to review & approve invoices in a timely manner with our previous e-billing platform. They found the previous one not user-friendly. Since we have implemented SimpleLegal, the attorneys are able to easily review their invoices and this has cut down on the amount of time that passes between receipt of the invocie and the review of the invoice.
