The platform requires SQL based queries for datasets and segmentation. It makes it difficult to get a new hire up to speed on the platform, especially if they do not have SQL knowledge. Simon Data is missing some critical B2B functions like automation, reporting, forms, lead scoring etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
