Simon Data's team is unparalleled — we switched from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the customer service experience is night and day. Instead of submitting tickets and waiting for a response, we're in daily communication with their team, working together to solve problems. They feel like core members of our marketing team. It's also a great fit for our existing tech stack, and it's simple and straightforward to get data from Redshift available in Simon for marketing use. Generally their team is constantly improving the tool, so I'm expecting even more great features in the next few years. We're expecting to work with Simon Data for a long time going forward. There are small tweaks we'd like to see in the email building and flow tools, but so far Simon has been great about adding our requests to their roadmap and I'm entirely confident that the tool will be better a year from today than it already is. We've substantially cut the amount of time it takes to build and send one-off emails, and many automated sends can be accomplished entirely by the marketing team without involving engineers. We're confident that these sends will drive substantial additional revenue from our return users over the next few quarters.
