User-friendly interface and a feature-rich tool, with the ability to customize it for each individual user. It includes a virtual drive to store files and a built-in AI assistant that makes it even easier to use. It also offers a desktop app option and was easy to integrate with our SSO tool. Searches and URL evaluations are fast.

Silo is our primary tool now for CTI, Brand Protection, OSINT and investigations, and secure web access.

It was a bit more expensive than our previous tool, but considering all the additional capabilities we get, it was worth it. We inherited the tool through an M&A, so I can’t speak to the onboarding experience. That said, given how responsive customer support is and the fact that we have our own TAM, I imagine onboarding would be quick and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
