What problems is Sigosoft (p) Ltd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing emergency response dispatches, field medic call-outs, unit GPS tracking, and patient transport logs via paper forms and legacy communications created operational delays. We needed a centralized, real-time Operations Platform and mobile app for our emergency response teams. The goal was to automate dispatch assignment, track response vehicles across complex Namibian terrains in real time, and streamline incident record management for compliance.

Sigosoft was contracted for full-stack software development. Their scope included designing a central web administrative dashboard for dispatch controllers, an offline-capable mobile app for paramedics and response crews, real-time GPS fleet tracking, incident telemetry reporting, and secure cloud database architecture.
