In my recent organization, we were not satisfied with the HR software we were using. On exploring through the net and through our network we got Signify HR software referral.

The software literally lived up to our expectations. Like a modular kitchen, you get a modular solution comprising - leave management, yearly appraisal etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We didn't get the demo version to do an R&D. Though we were trained, we find it difficult to use during our initial days.

Also, customer support sometimes (very rarely though) lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
